Are you an Interior Design student, or are you redesigning yours or someone else’s home? Well there are a couple of books that you REALLY need to have in your life!
Back when I was doing my Interior Design Degree I bought: ‘Interior Design- Visual Presentation’ By Maureen Mitton, and it was so helpful when I was trying to build scale models of buildings I was designing!
It’s full of amazing advice and information about 2D and 3D drawing and presentation, if you are looking to improve your interior design presentation skills, then it’s an absolute lifesaver…
My BIBLE is the Architects Pocket Book by Charlotte Baden Powell, it was on my reading list at uni and it is one of the few books that I definitely couldn’t live without. It lists all the measurements that you would need to know when designing a space, such as wheelchair sizes for doors, sink heights, and everything in-between!
A few other books I love…
